Tuesday’s general election saw Michael Kolb win the open seat for Webster County chancery clerk, according to unofficial results with absentee votes.
Kolb, who ran as a Republican, garnered 77.25% of the vote (2,638) against Democratic opponent Regina Dean Reed. Incumbent Russ Turner is retiring.
