‘Gingerbread Baby’ read at Maben storytime

By BY MARY BOUTWELL LIBRARIAN MABEN PUBLIC LIBRARY,

“The Gingerbread Baby” was the book of the day at the Maben Public Library on Dec. 6.

It is a great story written by Jan Brett. It tells of a family that makes a gingerbread boy cookie and the little boy, Matti, is impatient and peeks before the eight minutes has passed. Out jumps the gingerbread baby!
