What a beautiful Sunday. It was good to see everyone who attended.
This week’s message came from Exodus 3 and was titled an “Encounter with God.” Moses had an unexplainable, amazing, powerful encounter with God. The Lord spoke to Moses through a burning bush.
Everyone was excited to get back to storytime at Webster County Library on Aug. 14. There were old faces as well as new ones who were eager to start this new adventure.
Ninety-four McMillin kin gathered for a two day annual reunion on July 28th & 29th at Lake Tiak O’Khata. There were 25 children attending this year – the largest number in many years. I trust everyone had a great week. This weekend was my wonderful wife’s birthday so we enjoyed going out and spending time with family.
Oh, no, I can’t tell you how old she is. I was always told two things you never ask a woman – her age or weight. So the only thing I can say is she is older than me. You can figure that one out.
