Both East Webster basketball teams improved to 8-4 on the season with a pair of sweeps this past week.
The Lady Wolverines needed overtime to beat Vardaman 57-54 and then cruised to a 55-30 win over Eupora on Friday. The Wolverines also picked up two wins, beating Vardaman 49-38 and Eupora 72-49.
