MPL Storytime: ‘Commotion in the Ocean’

Well, it was good to have our first Storytime after our busy summer at the Maben Public Library.

We started this year off with an ocean theme on Friday. Our book we read was "Commotion in the Ocean." This book tells about the interesting animals that live in the ocean.

‘Animal Tales’ presented at Maben Library

Maben Library hosts summer reading programs

We have had several great summer reading programs at the Maben Public Library.

The latest two were Freedom Ranch (June 21) and Yarbrough's Educational Reptiles (June 30). Krissy from Freedom Ranch brought an owl, an armadillo and a buzzard. The buzzard has been trained to fly across the room. It will also follow Krissy around.
