We talked turkey Friday at the Maben Public Library. Our story was "Turkey Trouble." The turkey was in trouble, bad trouble because Thanksgiving was near and he was the main course! He decided if he didn't look like a turkey, Farmer Jake wouldn't find him. He disguised himself as a horse but when cow came along she recognized him.
