The issue of whether or not the mayor should keep a police radio in his possession was discussed at last week's meeting of the Eupora Board of Aldermen.
During department head reports at the June board meeting, Mayor Blake McMullan asked then-Police Chief Gregg Hunter if he could have a police radio. Hunter told him that he could.
