WALTHALL — The Webster County Board of Supervisors has hired Jacqueline Gary Meek as its new attorney.
She replaces her husband, Buchanan Meek Jr., who has retired after 29-plus years in the role of board attorney. Her hiring was approved Thursday, Sept. 30, during a recessed meeting.
