A special election will have to held in Eupora following this week’s resignation of Mayor Blake McMullan.
McMullan resigned Monday night following a recessed meeting of the Eupora Board of Aldermen. He posted a statement about his decision on his Facebook page (“Mayor Blake McMullan”) Tuesday morning, in which he wrote:
