Eupora Rotary Club members enjoyed a presentation from guest speaker Jill Cooksey on Aug. 1.
Cooksey, who is of the Fame community, is an assistant professor of history at Nashville State Community College. Her presentation was titled “Traits of Highly Effective Small Towns and the Characteristics that Enhance Them.”
