WINONA – When high school division tack meets are held, it's all about finishing in the top four. That is the requirement for advancing to a region meet.

At the Division 6-1A meet hosted by Winona High School, Nanih Waiya qualified six boys, three girls and two relay teams and Noxapater five boys, one girl and three relay teams.

Taylor fires no-hitter for GC Eagles

Alex Taylor pitched a no-hitter with 14 strikeouts as Grace Christian improved to 5-2 with a 10-0 victory over Laurel Home School.

The Eagles had only five hits, two by Kyle Borntrager, but benefited from 10 walks.

A scheduled game with Calvary Christian of Florence was rained out. An attempt will be made to reschedule it.
