PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia police have arrested and charged a man in a fatal shooting reported last Friday morning on Bay Street, authorities say.
The man, Jatarrius M. Kelly, 23, of Philadelphia is being charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Lamontae “Shun” Salley, 26, of Eupora.
