Winston County and Louisville – you asked, and you were heard! After many years of being asked whether the annual Red Hills Festival could be moved to a different weekend, the Winston County Chamber of Commerce moved the event. After many years of being held on Memorial Weekend, this year, the Festival will be held on May 18.
