FCA wraps up football season in playoffs

The French Camp Panthers saw their football season come to an end last week.

Taylorsville jumped out to an 18-0 lead and held on to take a 31-13 win over the Panthers on Friday night in the first round of the Class 1A playoffs.

FCA Panthers ready for first round of playoff

The French Camp football team finished out the regular season with a win, taking a 33-24 win over Leake County.

French Camp improves to 5-6 on the season and will travel to Taylorsville for the first round of the Class 1A playoffs.

The French Camp offense didn’t have its best night against Noxapater.

But the FCA defense and special teams took up their slack.

The Panthers caused six turnovers and had two special teams touchdowns as they jumped out to an early lead and took a 27-14 win over Noxapater on Friday night.
