French Camp shows improvement against Warriors

French Camp easily played its best game of the season on Friday night against Nanih Waiya. But it wasnít quite good enough as the Warriors were able to escape with a 38-34 win over the Panthers. French Camp falls to 0-8 on the year and will host division favorite Velma Jackson on Friday night.

Panthers take down Central Holmes in double header

The French Camp baseball team got the regular season kicked off last week with three games.

The Panthers swept a pair of games from Central Holmes, winning 11-2 on Thursday and 6-2 on Friday. The Panthers then suffered their first loss on Saturday, falling 15-4 to Calhoun City.

Lady Panthers split wins with Vardaman and Eupora

The French Camp Lady Panthers kicked off the 2024 softball season last week with three games.

The Lady Panthers kicked off the season with a 19-1 loss to Eupora but then rebounded with a 26-13 win over Vardaman on Thursday. They finished the week with a 17-3 loss to Winona on Friday.
