GTPDD offers Wood campus buildings for jail

Aldermen approve fire truck repairs

Aldermen authorize land swap appraisals

The Eupora Board of Aldermen has authorized appraisals for properties involved in a planned land swap needed for construction of an industrial access road.

The city has been appropriated $100,000 in legislative bond funds for a basic roadway from U.S. 82 to a 20-acre “Ready Site” west of Plymouth Tube.

Missing woman found dead; no foul play suspected

A Webster County woman was found dead near her home the night after she was reported missing last week but no foul play is suspected, according to Sheriff David Gore.

She was identified as Amanda Lee Newland Coslet, 46, of 143 Lewis Road in the Ticky Bend community.
