Teen bound over on involuntary manslaughter charge

A teenager charged in an accidental shooting death has been bound over to the Webster County Grand Jury on an involuntary manslaughter charge. Austin Crowley, 19, had a preliminary hearing Thursday in Webster County Justice Court.

Chandler appointed D4 election commissioner
