Unofficial results from last week’s special election runoff for the District 23 seat in the Mississippi House of Representatives remained too close to call as of publication.
Perry Van Bailey of Calhoun City and Andrew “Andy” Stepp of Bruce had advanced from a Jan. 10 nonpartisan special election to the runoff held Jan. 31.
