Nanih Waiya hit the road for traditional power Newton and dropped two games as the Lady Warriors lost 52-26 and the Warriors dropped a 63-46 decision.

Lady Tigers battle back to win against Clarkdale

The Noxapater Lady Tigers picked up another win last week.
The Lady Tigers improved to 7-3 on the season as they blasted Class 3A Clarkdale 65-28 on Tuesday in their lone game.
The Tigers posted a furious second-half comeback but fell 53-46 to the Bulldogs.

Noxapater takes wins over Nanih Waiya, drop to Choctaw County

The Noxapater basketball teams defended their home court against their county rivals.

The Lady Tigers took a 37-29 win over Nanih Waiya while the Tigers took a hard-fought 61-56 win over the Warriors on Tuesday.

Noxapater finished the week against Choctaw County as the Lady Tigers fell 66-59 and the Tigers lost 69-45.

The Nanih Waiya basketball swept a pair of opponents this past week.

The Lady Warriors took a pair of double-digit wins, beating Grace Christian 39-25 and French Camp 70-33.

The Warriors also grabbed two wins as they beat Grace Christian 53-41 and French Camp 59-44.
