The first Rusty Bowen Memorial Softball Tournament for church league softball was held Saturday, Aug. 28, at Gary Park in honor of Eupora’s late park director.
William Russell “Rusty” Bowen died in an accident March 13 at the park. Bowen, 58, had served as park director for over five years.
