James Turner, the Choctaw County Summer Youth Park Director, has been afforded a great honor by Dizzy Dean Baseball when he was recently named the State Director for District 3, which encompasses Choctaw, Montgomery, Oktibbeha, Lowndes, Attala, Winston, Noxubee, Leake, Neshoba, Kemper, Scott, Newton & Lauderdale counties.
