Sen. Bart Williams (R-Starkville), on Oct. 28, was appointed to the newly formed American Rescue Plan Act Appropriations Subcommittee by Lt. Gov. Delbert Hosemann and Senate Appropriations Chairman Sen. Briggs Hopson.
Williams represents District 15, which includes Webster County.
