After a two-year hiatus, the Cotton Gin Festival is set to return to Noxapater this coming Saturday with all festivities to be held at J.W. Young Park on Hwy 15 South. Two years ago, the festival was canceled due to the COVID pandemic, and it was canceled last year as well, so there is a lot of excitement and enthusiasm for its return.
