Louisville holds public hearing on redistricting

A public hearing, on the subject of redistricting, was held on Tuesday, October19, at 5 p.m., prior to the regular aldermen meeting. Toby Sanford, Golden Triangle GIS Director presented three different plans. Sanford stated that the preferred method of redistricting is to make a few moves a necessary.

LMSD Board deals with Sixteen section land requests

Shooting leaves one victim dead

At approximately 9:27 p.m., on Wednesday, October 13, Louisville Police Department received a report of gunshots in the vicinity of West College Street.

Upon arrival officers found a victim, identified as Tyquan McCully, 18-years-old, lying in the street suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
