Choctaw County High School is set to initiate girls golf this spring.
“We’re starting a girls program that we are very excited about,” said Gary Beals, who will coach the girls and boys teams. “I have six or seven (girls) coming out and I’m looking forward to it. It’s a chance to get scholarships. A lot of schools are playing it.”
