An Oktibbeha County teenager was arrested Dec. 8 in connection with her mother’s murder in that county.
Lydia Za’nay Flowers, 13, is charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder in the shooting death of 48-year-old Lou Ann Jones.
