Beginning next Saturday, Kratom, ZaZa, or Synthetic Cannabinoids, will no longer be sold or used within Choctaw County. At an earlier meeting, the board voted to ban the substance altogether. If sold, used or found in possession, a person may face misdemeanor charges and a $1,000 fine or six months in jail.
