The Noxapater Tigers finished as the No. 2 seed in the Division 6-1A standings, losing a tiebreaker to West Lowndes.
The Tigers finished out the regular season with a 51-46 win over Hamilton while the Lady Tigers dropped a 58-38 decision to the Lady Lions.
Noxapater finishes the regular season with an 11-7 record and were the No. 2 seed in Division 6-1A, losing a tiebreaker with West Lowndes for the top overall spot. The Tigers will play the No. 3 seed Nanih Waiya in the tournament semifinals on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. The Tigers swept the regular season series from the Warriors, winning 58-50 and and 57-40.
The Lady Tigers are 2-15 on the season and will play in an elimination game on Tuesday at 6 p.m. against rival Nanih Waiya. The two teams split games in the regular season as they lost 52-36 on Jan. 19 and beat the Lady Warriors 37-26 on Feb. 2.

The Tigers overcame a 10-point deficit in the first period to take a five-point win over Hamilton on Tuesday night.
Hamilton jumped out to an 18-8 lead in the first period but Noxapater outscored the Lions 15-4 in the second to lead 23-22 at the half. The Tigers continued their strong play in the third period as they outscored the Lions 14-6 to lead 37-28 at the end of the third. Hamilton outscored Noxapater 18-14 in the fourth but the Tigers held on for the win.
Jared Triplett led the Tigers with 18 points and three rebounds while Depodray Coburn had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Dee Woods had 10 points while Quinton Jordan had three blocks and three rebounds.

The Lady Tigers dropped their second contest to Hamilton this season in a 20-point loss.
The Lady Tigers posted a 12-9 lead after the first period but things went downhill from there as Hamilton outscored Noxapater 15-6 in the second and 17-6 in the third to take a 41-24 lead at the end of the third.
Madelyn Wilkes led Noxapater with 12 points while Samantha Wilson had 10 points and Kim Edwards chipped in six points.
