“I thought we had a pretty good week,” East Webster coach Lee Berryhill said. “We are still young and have a long way to go. We are trying to find our role and we we can succeed at. With these new balls, you have to be able to hit and you can’t rely on the long ball. You have to be able to produce runs. We have to make the routine plays and we have been able to do that so far. You can’t walk people and make errors. Hitting is a premium now and you can’t give anybody anything.”
