The Noxapater Lady Tigers won three straight games this week.
The Lady Tigers opened the week with a 10-3 loss to Ethel and followed with up with a 13-1 win over Ray Brooks, a 5-4 win over Scott Central and a 4-2 win over St. Andrews.
Noxapater, now 6-4-1, will play Starkville on Monday and host French Camp on Tuesday in their only scheduled action.
Ethel 10,
Noxapater 3
Ethel pulled away from Noxapater with five runs in the seventh inning to take a seven-run win on Tuesday.
Ethel scored first with three runs in the first inning and Noxapater answered with three of their own in the second to tie the score. After two scoreless innings, Ethel added single runs in the fifth and sixth innings before exploding with five runs in the seventh inning.
Noxapater had five hits in the contest as Madelyn Wilkes was 2-for-3 with a double and scored a run. Morgan Duran singled and scored Wilkes. Lexi Thomas and Kaitlyn Sanborn each had singles for Noxapater while Princess Welch scored the other run for the Lady Tigers.
Thomas got the start in the circle and pitched all seven innings, giving up 10 runs on 11 hits and four walks while striking out five.

Ray Brooks 1
The Lady Tigers scored all of their runs in the first two innings and took a four-inning, run-rule victory over Ray Brooks on Friday.
The Lady Tigers scored seven runs in the first and six in the second inning.
The Lady Tigers had seven hits, drew five walks and had four batters get hit by a pitch.
Madelyn Wilkes was 2-for-3 on the day with a double, triple and three RBIs. Kaitlyn Sanborn was 2-for-2 and scored twice while Nona Wilkes had three RBIs. Raleigh Parker and Yolanda Cooper each walked twice and scored while Morgan Duran had a single and drove in two runs.
Lexi Thomas got the start and pitched all four innings, giving up one run on four hits and one walk while striking out six.
Noxapater 5,
Scott Central 4
The Lady Tigers scored a single run in the bottom of the fifth to take a walk-off win from Scott Central in the Sebastopol Tournament.
Scott Central scored three in the first and led 3-1. But Noxapater scored three in the third inning to take a 4-3 lead. Scott Central tied the score in the top of the fifth before the Lady Tigers got the win.
With two outs in the fifth, Morgan Duran walked and reached second when Princess Welch was hit by a pitch. Madison Riggs then doubled Duran home for the game winner.
Noxapater had seven hits in the contest as Madelyn Wilkes was 2-for-3 with two RBIs while Riggs was also 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Duran walked twice and scored twice while Nona Wilkes and Raleigh Parker each scored. Parker also had a triple in the contest while Lexi Thomas had a single.
Thomas pitched all five innings and gave up four runs on seven hits while striking out seven.

St. Andrews 2
The Lady Tigers grabbed their second win of the day on Saturday with a two-run win over St. Andrews.
Noxapater scored two in the first and one in the second and third innings to go up 4-0. St. Andrews scored two runs in the fourth for their runs.
Noxapater had five hits in the contest as Madelyn Wilkes was 2-for-2 with a triple, RBI and two runs scored. Nona Wilkes had a single and scored while Lexi Thomas and Princess Welch also singled.
Lexi Thomas pitched all four innings to pick up the win as she gave up two runs on three hits and struck out seven.
