The Eupora Eagles lost a pair one-run, extra-inning games last week, dropping a pair of Division 2-2A contests to Bruce.
On Tuesday, Bruce won 5-4 in nine innings and then won 2-1 on Friday in eight innings.
Eupora, now 7-11 on the season, looks to bounce back from the two losses as they will host Northside on Tuesday at 4 p.m. in a division doubleheader. The Eagles will then play at Choctaw County on Friday.
Bruce 5, Eupora 4
The Trojans scored one run in the top of the ninth to take a one-run win over the Eagles on Tuesday.
Eupora opened with one run in the first before Bruce scored two in the third and one in the fifth to go up 3-1. Eupora then took the lead with three runs in the sixth inning to go up 4-3. Bruce scored one in the top of the seventh and one in the top of the ninth to take the win.
Eupora had seven hits but was tagged with nine errors in the field. Reed Hale was the only multiple hitter, going 2-for-4 on the day. Carter May tripled and scored while Parker Knight and Jacob Collum each singled and scored.
Reed Hale pitched 6 2/3 innings and gave up four unearned runs on three hits and four walks while striking out nine. Knight pitched the last 2 1/3 innings and gave up one run on two hits and two walks while striking out two.
Bruce 2, Eupora 1
The Eagles dropped a second straight one-run decision to the Trojans on Friday in a second-straight extra-inning contest.
Eupora scored its only run in the first inning while Bruce scored one in the third and one in the bottom of the eighth to take the win.
Bruce outhit Eupora 7-4. Carter May doubled and scored a run while Reed Hale singled in May. Kimble Dillinger and Drew Tabb each had singles for Eupora.
Cade Adkins pitched the first five innings and gave up one unearned run on three hits and five walks while striking out one. May pitched the last two-plus innings and gave up one run on four hits and a walk.
