“We were up 17 in the fourth and Reid Gatlin fouled out with about three and a half minutes left,” Ginn said. “They came out and hit two 3s to start the period to cut the lead to 11 right away. They were pressing us and I had some young guards in the game who had trouble handling the pressure and we had some turnovers. It was tied and we got fouled and they got a technical and hit three out of four free throws and that was probably the difference in the game. They had a shot to win it but it didn’t go down.”
