Grace Christian Eagles continue winning streak

The GCS Eagles went 2-0 this week, bringing their overall record to 8-0 (1-0). Tuesday, the Eagles gained a huge, 53-22 win over Victory Christian. Asher Hogue led with 18 points, and Jacob Phillips was close behind with 15.

The Noxapater Tigers split a pair of games last week on the basketball courts.

The Tigers fell behind early and fought back to take a 64-60 win over Eupora. They lost a 58-33 decision to Starkville Academy.

The Lady Tigers lost both games last week, falling 61-51 to Eupora and 51-19 to Starkville Academy.

The Nanih Waiya boys won a pair of games this past week while the Lady Warriors split a pair of games.

The Warriors beat French Camp 53-38 and then beat Choctaw County 69-57.

The Lady Warriors led 54-28 to French Camp and beat Choctaw County 35-25.
