Good morning. I trust everyone has had a blessed week. Many people are traveling this holiday weekend. I pray for their safety to and fro.
Bro. James taught an excellent Sunday school lesson this week. We were so glad to have the Browns in service with us and were so blessed as he sang “Just a Little Talk with Jesus.” My wife Amanda also sang the special “What a Beautiful Name.”
We had a wonderful worship service where the Lord moved and blessed.
This week’s Memorial Day holiday service brought to remembrance all the heroes of our faith and freedom. Whether fallen, active or inactive we give honor to all.
Sunday’s sermon also gave glory and honor as we learned about the heroes of our faith from the book of Hebrews 11. The greatest battle in history took place on lonely Golgotha, where victory and freedom was won there on the hill called Mt. Calvary. He gave all and up from the grave he arose, Christ Jesus, the greatest hero of them all. He reigns forevermore.
Again, we give honor and credit to all and for all who fought and continue to fight for our freedom.
God bless you all. Have a wonderful week.
