Dear friends, greetings in the name of Jesus. The one who saved me and redeemed my soul from hell. Praise the Lord.
Nobody can do that except Jesus. He paid the price for our healing, our peace, our joy and everything that concerns us. He’s the waymaker that make a way for everything we need, even the food we eat and the clothes we wear.
I hear people saying at times, “I’ve worked hard for what I have.” Well friend, you couldn’t work if you didn’t have a job and God is the one that provided that job no matter where you work.
I worked for 15 years at Red Kap in Mathiston. And each week when I got my check, I thanked God because I knew he was my source. Red Kap was just an instrument that God used to supply my needs.
Luke 12:27-30 says, “Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
“If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
“And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
“For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.”
He means for us not to worry, just trust the Lord; he will come through for us. Amen!
