Webster County grand jurors who were recalled last week have submitted a report of their investigations.
The grand jury, which was empaneled in January, reconvened May 22 in the Eupora Municipal Courtroom (Community Center).
The grand jurors, according to their report, investigated 66 reported criminal, questioned 10 witnesses, and returned 42 true bills recorded on 23 indictments. Eleven cases were no-billed, nine were remanded to lower court and four were continued for further investigation.
Foreman Isom L. Busby signed the report. A new grand jury will be empaneled when the next term of Webster County Circuit Court begins June 18.
