A large group of energetic Pre-K children attended storytime on Dec. 12 at Webster County Public Library.
They played with the computer, puzzles and blocks before Ms. Anita led them into the storytime room.
Everyone loved the time of singing Christmas songs: “Jingle Bells” with the help of children ringing bells, “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Old St. Nicholas Had a Tree,” “Reindeer Pokey,” “9 Little Reindeer,” “Dancing Christmas Tree” and “Baby Jesus Song.”
“Christmas in the Barn” by Margaret Wise Brown was the story read to the children. After the story, the children made Christmas wreaths with paper plates and construction paper.
