A bright May morning brought children , parents and grandparents to Webster County Library for storytime on May 9.
After their usual time of playing, Ms. Pat led them into the meeting room for a story.
They sang and danced to “The Twist,” “Wheels on the Bus,” “Lord’s Army” and “Ring Around the Rosie” before Ms. Pat read “Through Your Eyes: My Child’s Gift to Me” by Ainsley Earhardt.
After the story, the children planted a flower to give to their mom for Mother’s Day.
Storytime is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
