The “Snakeman,” herpetologist Terry Vandeventer of the Living Reptile Museum, presented an educational program about snakes in Mississippi at the Maben Public Library on July 14.
He brought nonvenomous snakes such as a corn snake, king snake, hognose snake, blue racer, chicken snake or rat snake and an indigo snake.
