The Nanih Waiya Lady Warriors ran their record to 10-1 on the season with a trio of dominating wins last week.
Nanih Waiya opened the week with an 18-1 win over Kemper County and then took another 18-1 win over Philadelphia on Thursday. They finished the week with a 12-0 win over French Camp.
Nanih Waiya was scheduled to host Sebastopol on Monday and then play Newton on Tuesday and Thursday. They will finish the week at the Ethel Tournament on Saturday where they will play Houston and Ethel.
Nanih Waiya 18, Kemper County 1
The Lady Warriors scored 14 runs in the first inning and and cruised to a three-inning, run-rule victory over the Lady Wildcats on Tuesday.
Nanih Waiya added two in the second and third in the easy win.
Nanih Waiya had just eight hits but as Gillion Eaves was 3-for-3 with a double, triple, three runs scored and two RBIs. Natalee Eaves was 2-for-3 with a double and triple and three runs scored as well. Jaylee Stokes scored three runs while Mackenzie Eaves tripled and scored twice. Morgan Mills, Addison Price and Carlee Presley each scored two runs apiece. Hayley Rogers also doubled and scored for the Lady Warriors.
Mills started in the circle and pitched all three innings, giving up one unearned run on one hit while striking out eight.
Nanih Waiya 18, Philadelphia 1
The Lady Warriors put up another double-digit inning as they cruised to a three-inning, run-rule win over the Lady Tornadoes on Thursday.
Nanih Waiya scored two in the first, followed by 16 in the second to take the win,
Nanih Waiya had nine hits and took advantage of five errors. Morgan Mills was 3-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBIs while Natalee Eaves was 2-for-3 with a home run, three runs scored and four RBIs. Gillion Eaves scored three times and had two RBIs while Jaylee Stokes, Sydney Rogers and Hayley Rogers each scored two runs apiece.
Addison Price started in the circle and pitched three innings and gave up one run on three hits and two walks while striking out eight.
Nanih Waiya 12, French Camp 0
The Lady Warriors allowed just two hits as they took another run-rule win last week over the Lady Panthers.
Nanih Waiya scored two in the first, third and fourth while also scoring six ini the second.
Nanih Waiya had 13 hits in the contest as Gillion Eaves was 3-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and two RBIs. Natalee Eaves was 3-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBIs while Morgan Mills was 2-fo-r3 with three RBIs. Jaylee Stokes was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs while Sidney Rogers, doubled, walked twice and scored twice.
Morgan Mills started and pitched all four innings and gave up two hits and one walk while striking out seven.
