Services for Shirley Groceman, 79, of Ackerman will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 22, 2022, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman with the Rev. Jerry Lawson officiating. Visitation will be Saturday beginning at 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Enon Cemetery in Ackerman.
She was born July 26, 1942, in Choctaw County to the late Martin Thomas Jr. and Frankie Viola Stephens Jones. Mrs. Groceman was a retired business owner. She died Jan. 14, 2022, at Choctaw Regional Medical Center in Ackerman.
Survivors include four daughters, Janet Dale Roark of Hendersonville, Tenn., Debbie Clark of Caledonia, Paula Billinger of Garden City, Mo., and Debbie Ann Groceman of Independence, Mo.; three sons, Lance Groceman of Ackerman, Ryan Groceman of Chesterton, Ind., and Ray Groceman of Eupora; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or the American Heart Association.
