Rambling with Mrs. Arlene
Praise the Lord everyone. What an awesome God we serve. He’s never late, no matter what we need; he’s always on time according to his will. I’m one of these people who are scared to death of bad weather. When the weatherman says go to your safe place, that’s exactly what I do. People ask me because of how I believe “Well don’t you trust God to take care of you?” I simply look at them and smile and say, “Yes, I trust God. But thank goodness he gave me sense enough to help him out a little.”
Listen to me. Don’t ever let people intimidate you or make you feel less a Christian because you use a little common sense. The day God filled me with the Holy Ghost changed my whole life. I know he is with me always because he lives inside me. Sometimes I wake up at night from a sound sleep and God speaks to me about things that are coming ahead and happen just like he said. Listen, God is good. If you’ll believe in him, never doubt that he’s got your back, and love him more than anything, you will be blessed of all people. All things work for a reason and if God is in it then everything will work out for the best. God loves you just like he loves me. Ask me how do I know, because the Bible tells me so. The Bible is the living word of God. It is full of the promises of God. It would never let you down. It is truly amazing.
I’ve got to go for this week. Remember don’t let anyone discourage you. Hold on to God. Don’t sale the farm. Jesus loves you. God bless everyone.
