TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF STEVIE DELINE LOVE, DECEASED, AND ANY UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO THE ESTATE OF STEVIE DELINE LOVE
You have been named by Sherry Deweese, Administratrix of the Stevie Deline Love Estate, and Co-Petitioner Steven Love who are seeking the judicial determination of heirs of Stevie Deline Love, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:00 a.m. on April 20, 2022, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Webster County Courthouse, in Walthall, Mississippi; and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition, and you will be forever barred.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
