The Winston Cattlemen Association (WCA) recently met at the Louisville Coliseum to host a multi-county event to instruct on the basics of herbicide application, and spray equipment calibration. The evening had Cattlemen Association members from Kemper, Noxubee, Choctaw, and Attala in attendance.
