Community Wide Public Service Trunk or Treat to be held
The City of Louisville’s Community Wide Public Service Trunk or Treat will be held from 6 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., Saturday, October 30 at the Louisville Coliseum located at 201 Ivy Avenue. This is a safe alternative to trick or treating door to door. This event also allows children to interact with many of the various public service agencies such as fire departments, law enforcement, EMS, and many more. This event is being held for children 13 years of age and younger. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
New Educational State Prayer Breakfast
The New Educational State Convention of Mississippi Woman's Auxiliary Virtual State Prayer Breakfast will be Saturday, November 6. The time is 9:30 A.M. It will be hosted by the MOBH District Association Woman's Auxiliary. Trunk or treat set
Noxapater United Methodist Church is hosting a trunk or treat for children in the area on Thursday, October 28 from 5-7 pm. Area children are invited to join us for trick or treating. Free hot dogs will be served. The church is located at 218 East Main Street in Noxapater.
Author event at library
The Winston County Library will be hosting an author event on Saturday, November 6th from 1-4pm for Louisville native David Sangster. He will talk about his newest books, Before You Say I Do, and Who's Fooling Who?
Copies of each book will be for sale during the event.
Fall festival and
carnival set
Saturday, October 30, McCool Volunteer Fire Department will have a haunted house, carnival and silent cake auction from 5-8. Guy's Catfish & Steak House & CC’s Bake Shop, LLC will also be in McCool that night so come prepared to eat & have a night of fun with us.
