Yes, it is still September (most born in month in USA) and though the heat persists soon we shall celebrate fall weather. Maybe u will be hungry and while out driving see some of these?
"Open seven days a week. Closed sundays." (pizza parlor).
“Parking for drive-thru customers only." (mcdonalds)
"Eat here-get gas" (gas station)
Things can get very funny, where do you like to eat out? I've told you about our local Koty Earls. Girlfriends had a great breakfast there the other day, and congrats and welcome to new baby son Cooper. However, not on the ninth, the most born on day in USA!
Eating out is a bit of a sport I think. Where can we go? Starkville, Louisville, Weir, or even Jackson? Where can I afford to go? Where is the menu to my liking? Where have I been and feel comfortable? What's casual, or dressy? Music or silence? Where to take kids...?
Have you heard, however, about the food insecurity at Mississippi State? Or even that rooms are doubled booked and kids are sleeping in the bus shelters? Really? Yes. This not only annoys me but worries me! And Mississippi indeed is full of food insecurity. What to do?
There's a new women's quarter. JOVITA IDAR, Mexican American activist, suffragist, and teacher. Watch your change!
Well Ok a couple more signs...
"Hot drinks to take out or sit in" (cafe).
If you are a tea drinker pay attention to this one:
"After the tea break, staff should empty the teapot and stand upside down on the draining board." (Office) Hahaha! Can't you see it?
BLESSINGS.
