February is typically the month when most school districts offer letters of intent to its current employees, and March’s school board meeting would feature recommendations from district administrators for any new hires as well as the authorization for any re-hires.
Some staff changes are due to changes in funding with the end of ESSR funds earmarked for the purpose of paying educators.
Multiple teachers were recommended for rehire with the district.
Some substitute cafeteria workers were approved, as well as substitute teachers, custodians, and a bus monitor.
