Newly elected Chairperson, Ms. Linda Floyd, believes in the quote of Sheryl Sandberg "Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that the impact lasts in your absence. She strives to enhance the motivation, morale and to identify needed change to create a shared vision guided through by inspiration. My vision is to incorporate a youth leadership empowerment conference. Inclusion and diversity is a priority, we're all in this together.
