City of Louisville and Winston County monthly women’s prayer
All God fearing women of Louisville, and Winston County are invited to monthly prayer, every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7 am as we are led by the Spirit of God at the MOBH Building, 521 Armstrong Street. Please bring your prayer pillows to kneel and pray.
We firmly believe in, and have experienced the power of prayer in our own lives. Please meditate on these scriptures as well as others:
I Thessalonians 5:17, “Pray without ceasing”
Luke 18:1 “And He (Jesus) spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;”
II Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
We also ask you to fast beginning the 3rd Monday of each month at 7 am as the Lord leads you until after we pray on the 3rd Wednesday. God spoke in Isaiah 58: 6b the reason to fast: to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke.
Our City and County are in need of a healing from gun violence, to reclaiming our youth, and exposing those contributing to this evil, among other sin. Please join us as we continue to pray for wisdom and revelation knowledge for our Pastors, City and County officials and other men as they are directed by God.
