WHEREAS, on the August 31, 2010, Shirley A Gladney, executed a Deed of Trust to David J. Zugheri, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Envoy Mortgage, Ltd., its successors and assigns, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust September 4, 2010, in Book No. 647, at Page 234 thereof;
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, in July 23, 2018, in Book No. 729, at Page 236 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the legal holder of the said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Wilson & Associates, PLLC, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in March 31, 2021, in Book No. 4, at Page 681 thereof; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust, and having been requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described by said Deed of Trust so to do, notice is hereby given that Wilson & Associates, PLLC f/k/a Adams & Edens, P.A., Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Deed of Trust, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest and best bidder for certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee, during the legal hours (between the hours of 11 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m.) at the north door of the Courthouse, on May 27, 2021, the following described land and property being the same land and property described in said Deed of Trust, situated in Winston County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 3 of Northwood Subdivision, Part I, according to the plat of said subdivision on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, and being a part of the North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 15 North, Range 12 East.
Title to the above described property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in the aforementioned Substitute Trustee.

All projects funded under the Mississippi Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund Program undergo a review to determine whether the proposed project will have a significant impact on the environment. In making this determination, the Department assumes that all of the facilities and actions recommended in the facilities plan will be implemented. The facilities plan for this project is entitled “Facilities Plan for City of Louisville Phase II Wastewater Pump Station Replacement at East Lagoon” dated April 28, 2021 and prepared by Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc.
The proposed project includes replacement of the old 1,600 gpm influent pump station with a new 3,000 gpm pump station and related appurtenances. The estimated project cost is $2,726,200.00, and the anticipated loan amount is $1,626,200.00. The location of the proposed project is at the East Lagoon site off Leighton Road.
The Mississippi Office of Pollution Control has determined that the proposed project will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment and consequently is issuing this Finding of No Significant Impact. However, this determination can be revoked if significant adverse information becomes available. A copy of the Environmental Assessment for the project is available upon request.
