Louisville has a full week of Class 4A, Region 2 action this week as the Wildcats and Lady Wildcats look to build for postseason.
The two teams had a matchup at Houston on Tuesday night and at home against Greenwood on Thursday. On Friday, Kosciusko comes to town for games beginning with the Lady Wildcats at 6 p.m.
The LHS boys got their first district win of the year in a 63-47 victory over Caledonia last Friday and moved to 4-8 with a 1-1 mark in Region 2 play. The Lady Cats didn’t have a reported score and the Winston County Journal reached out for further information on both games and received nothing further.
After the trio of games this week, LHS closes with another three-game set of district games next week with home games against Leake Central and Caledonia on Tuesday and Thursday respectively before going to Greenwood to wrap up the regular season on Friday night.
